Advisory

How organizations work with me directly.

Advisory for organizations entering, running, or recovering complex transformation.

Advisory context

Where coherence, intent, and traceability need to survive transformation.

I work with organizations that are entering, running, or recovering complex transformation - where the risk is not building systems, but losing coherence, intent, and traceability as they evolve.

My work sits in the pre-delivery space: the phase where business intent becomes requirements, requirements become architecture, and meaning quietly degrades at each handoff. This is where expensive failures begin, and where they are still affordable to correct.

I bring 25 years across institutional systems - including the European Patent Office and Eurostat - and a method developed in those environments and encoded into ALManac. I am not a generalist consultant. I work where structural rigor, governance, and architectural continuity are not optional.

Where I help

Architecture and governance before delivery risk becomes expensive.

  • Enterprise and business architecture for long-lived, regulated systems
  • Requirements governance, traceability, and coherence before delivery begins
  • Legacy and institutional-knowledge recovery
  • Responsible AI-supported analysis - AI as proposal infrastructure, not autonomous authority
  • Architecture-ready handoff and transformation governance

How engagements work

Focused advisory around discovery, governance, and governed rollout.

Discovery

A focused assessment of where intent, traceability, or architectural coherence has fragmented, and what it would cost to leave it unaddressed.

Advisory

Ongoing governance and architectural guidance through a transformation program.

Governed rollout

Where useful, the canonical method is applied directly to make coherence, drift, and traceability visible across the program.

Next step

I take on a small number of engagements, selected for fit.
